We've Got Your Back (and Front)

Dear Awesome Customer,

Thank you for choosing our Products! We really appreciate your business.

Now, let's talk about returns. Life happens, right? Maybe your heart made you order a "Medium", when your head knew you really needed a "Large".  No worries! Let's turn that frown upside down! We can make it happen for purchases made within 30 days.

1. For Incorrect Sizes:

a. Go to our "Contact Us" page and tell us your Order number, the Product you ordered and the Product you need.

b. The Exchange: We'll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Write it on a sticky note, attach it to the Product, and send it back to us. We'll swap it out for you.

c. Store Credit: If you don't want to exchange the Product, we can give you a Store Credit that will never expire!  Just send us back the Product and we'll email you the Store Credit amount.  Use it on another design or even on a future design.  You can even gift it to someone else, if you prefer! 

d. Refunds:   Huh? What's that? We hope you understand but refunds are a NO-NO, no bueno, not a good look, etc., etc.
